I was born in Gragnano, near Naples, a place renowned worldwide for its dry pasta. Since I was a child, I have been captivated by the authentic flavors of my land and my family’s cooking.

After attending a hospitality school, I began putting my culinary ideas into practice in restaurants on the Sorrento Peninsula. But I dreamed of growing and taking on new challenges, just as Chef Cannavacciuolo had. This passion led me to work with him at Villa Crespi, on Lake Orta, where I refined my craft.

In 2018, I had the honor of opening Cannavacciuolo Bistrot in Turin, where I earned my first Michelin star. It was a fantastic experience that allowed me to grow even further.

In 2021, I returned home to lead Cannavacciuolo Countryside in Ticciano. In just a few months, Laqua Countryside earned its first Michelin star, a milestone I dedicate to the roots of my cuisine and the passion that drives me every day.
