The resort in the Sorrento hinterland
We will not linger over details as we describe our 6 rooms, each with its very own, quite definite character.
These are our memories of a time both infinite and indefinite with its emotions which will take you on your own uniquely experiential journey.
The grandma’s room
La stanza della Nonna, or Grandma’s Room, is a double room with queen size double bed; shower in an alcove, peachy pink Rosa Pesco di Asiago marble bathroom and a terrace with a corner for relaxation.
“I tread softly as I pass Nonna’s room, and if I listen hard, I can almost hear her still: the smell of lavender and the shelled rosaries’ sweet sound”.

The handyman’s room
La Stanza del Tuttofare, or the handyman’s room, is a double room with queen size double bed, shower in an alcove, green Verde Alpi marble bathroom, and a terrace with a corner for relaxation.
“I used to get lost in the infinite number of shelves, where the Handyman kept his tools in, to which we entrusted the fate and maintenance of the house”.

The mad uncle’s room
La Stanza dello Zio Matto, the mad uncle’s room, is a double room with queen size double bed, shower in an alcove, Persian yellow marble bathroom and a terrace with a corner to relax in.
“The Mad Uncle showed us everything with enormous pride, each little keepsake was well cared, from his old rackets to music-cassettes. A soundtrack to nights which have since become the stuff of legends”.

The parish priest’s room
La Stanza del Curato, or the parish priest’s room, is a double with queen size double bed, a large linear shower, Calacatta Statuario Rosato marble bathroom. This room is ideal for guests with disabilities.
“That Parish Priest always pulled my ears: we mustn’t run or shout in front of his room. Now I can share this with you: I was always a bit scared of his window, always closed with the curtains drawn”.

Annarella’s room
La Stanza di Annarella, Annarella’s Room, with a queen size double bed, sitting room with sofa bed, shower in an alcove and Calacatta Oro marble bathroom, is ideal for families.
“If I think about Annarella, I can see her whole family’s suitcases, open and stuff tumbling out. I never told her how much I loved her”.

Marina’s room
La Stanza di Marina, Marina’s Room, is a suite with queen size double bed, minibar, lounge area, bathroom with large shower, terrace with a corner for relaxation. An extra three beds can be added.
“I’ll never forget that summer: with Marina at home, who smoked long, thin cigarettes. I still remember that she bit into figs as she bit into life”.
